Job Summary

Teach children with Autism Spectrum Disorder using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to help them achieve individualized communication and early learning goals. Effectively communicate with families and guardians about their child's progress while working with the treatment team to track session data. Assist with planning and preparing for clinic-based group activities. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude during direct service delivery. This role serves children ages 2–8 at the Hope Autism Clinic, a division of the nationally recognized non-profit Hope, where professionals collaborate to help every child thrive.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education
  • Successful background clearance
  • Has obtained Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a psychology, education, or human services related field
  • Experience working with people with developmental disabilities
  • Enthusiasm for working with children
