Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Directly implement skill-building and care plans as part of a clinical team. Accurately record session data using electronic devices and foster a positive learning environment for clients and families. Roles start part-time with potential for growth; paid training available. Ideal candidates have an RBT certification before working, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a passion for supporting children with Autism through ABA therapy. Opportunities for fellowship/internship hours and collaboration with BCBA schooling programs are offered.
