Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy to children in home and clinic settings, supporting families who rely on consistent, skilled support. Assist clients in communicating for the first time or trying new skills while maintaining a caring presence. Work under the guidance of BCBAs who share expertise and help you grow in your ABA career. We provide paid training and certification support for both experienced and inexperienced technicians. Sessions occur weekdays between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM and weekends from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexible part-time or full-time schedules based on client availability. Multiple openings exist across all five boroughs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- A passion for helping children and families
- Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis)
- Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings
