Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Directly implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team; record session data accurately; foster a positive learning environment and collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Entry-level, part-time roles with full training; opportunities for education-related or behavioral-health experience. Training includes the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course; positions start part-time with a minimum 6-month commitment and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Minimum 6 month commitment required
- No experience required; paid training provided
