Job Summary
Provide behavior intervention under the supervision of a BCBA, collect and record data on client behavior during therapy sessions, monitor progress toward treatment goals, and reinforce positive behaviors. Communicate effectively with clients, parents, caregivers, and the BCBA; maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines. Part-time caseload (~20 hours/week, location-dependent) with training and certification assistance (RBT pathway) offered. Strong communication, dependability, organization, and transportation are required; background check is required. Remote work option is available alongside in-person opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children (childcare, education, or similar fields)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
