Job Summary
Behavior Technician role in Chicago with remote option. Responsibilities include implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BCBA), data collection on client behavior during therapy sessions, monitoring progress toward treatment goals, providing reinforcement for positive behaviors, and communicating with clients, parents, caregivers, and the BCBA. Maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines. Part-time caseload ~20 hours/week with potential to increase. Training and certification assistance available through RBT program; pay $20-$22/hour.
Required Qualifications
