Job Summary
Provide behavior therapy support to children under supervision of a BCBA; implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect and record data on client behavior during therapy sessions, monitor progress toward treatment goals, and reinforce positive behaviors. Communicate effectively with clients, parents, caregivers, and the BCBA; maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines. Part-time caseload (~20 hours/week, depending on location) with opportunities to increase hours; includes RBT certification assistance through our Road to Register Program.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication and people skills
- Highly dependable and organized
