Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA; collect and record data on client behavior during therapy sessions; monitor and document progress toward treatment goals; reinforce positive behaviors; communicate effectively with clients, parents, caregivers, and the BCBA; maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines. Technicians typically start with a part-time caseload of about 20 hours per week, depending on the location, with potential to increase hours as opportunities arise. This position calls for a high-level of commitment and dedication to the required training, clients, and our high standards of excellence. Shift Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5:30pm-8:30pm.
