Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children with autism, focusing on building communication, social, and independence skills. Collect data on treatment goals during each session and collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans. Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates while receiving ongoing training and mentorship. This part-time role offers flexible after-school and evening shifts with competitive pay ranging from $22 to $28 per hour.
Required Qualifications
