Job Summary
Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings on a 1:1 basis, collecting data on treatment goals and collaborating with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans. Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates. Part-time role with flexible shifts, mostly afternoons/evenings; training and supervision from experienced BCBAs are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus)
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred
- Experience and passion for helping children and families
