Job Summary
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings, collect data on treatment goals during sessions, collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and support families by sharing strategies and progress updates. Flexible part-time shifts with afternoon/evening availability and supervision from experienced BCBAs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred
- Experience and passion for helping children and families
- College coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus
