Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in-home, collecting data on treatment goals during each session and collaborating with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans. Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates. Part-time role with flexible afternoons/evenings, offering training and supervision from experienced BCBAs; high school diploma required with coursework in psychology/education a plus; reliable transportation needed.
