Job Summary
Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings, collecting data on treatment goals during each session. Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans while supporting families by sharing strategies and progress updates. Training and mentorship are provided to help build communication, social, and independence skills. This part-time role offers flexible afternoon and evening shifts, with after-school hours and weekends preferred. Competitive pay ranges from $22 to $28 per hour, accompanied by health, dental, and vision benefits for eligible employees.
Required Qualifications
