Job Summary
Provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in home settings, collecting data on treatment goals during each session. Collaborate with a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst to implement behavior plans while supporting families by sharing strategies and progress updates. This part-time role offers flexible afternoon and evening shifts, with ongoing training and mentorship provided by experienced BCBAs. Competitive pay ranges from $22 to $28 per hour, accompanied by health, dental, and vision benefits for eligible employees.
