Job Summary
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings; collect data on treatment goals during each session; collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans; support families by sharing strategies and progress updates; schedule is part-time with flexible afternoons/evenings; training and supervision from experienced BCBAs are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- College coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred
- Experience and passion for helping children and families
