Job Summary
Provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in home settings, collecting data on treatment goals during each session. Collaborate with a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst to implement behavior plans while supporting families through shared strategies and progress updates. This part-time role offers flexible shifts, mostly afternoons and evenings, with competitive pay ranging from $22 to $28 per hour. Ongoing training and supervision from experienced BCBAs are provided for eligible employees.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Reliable transportation

- College coursework in psychology, education, or related field
- Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends
