Job Summary
Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings (1:1), collect data on treatment goals during sessions, and collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans. Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates. Part-time schedule with flexible afternoons/evenings and potential weekend shifts; training and supervision from experienced BCBAs provided. Requires a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping children and families.
