Job Summary
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings under supervision, collecting data on treatment goals during each session, collaborating with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and supporting families by sharing strategies and progress updates; role targets development of communication, social, and independence skills with flexible after-school/evening hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus)
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred
- Experience and passion for helping children and families
