Job Summary
As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in homes for children with autism, you will implement behavior plans under supervision, collect data on treatment goals, and collaborate with a BCBA to support families with progress updates and strategies. Training is provided in-home, with hands-on mentorship and opportunities to help children build communication, social, and independent skills. Part-time role with flexible afternoon/evening shifts in Bayonne, NJ, offering growth, supervision from experienced BCBAs, and benefits where eligible.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred
- Experience and passion for helping children and families
