Job Summary
Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in-home 1:1 ABA sessions under supervising BCBA; collect data on treatment goals during each session; collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans; support families by sharing strategies and progress updates; part-time schedule with flexible shifts, mostly afternoons/evenings; role requires a high school diploma and reliable transportation. Training and supervision from experienced BCBAs are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus)
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred
- Experience and passion for helping children and families
