Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in-home settings; hands-on training with mentorship from a BCBA; responsibilities include data collection on treatment goals, implementing behavior plans under supervision, and sharing progress with families. Part-time, mostly afternoons/evenings with flexible scheduling; requires reliable transportation and a high school diploma.
