Job Summary
As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in Keansburg, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings, helping build communication, social, and independence skills. You’ll collect data on treatment goals during sessions, collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and support families by sharing strategies and progress updates. The role includes ongoing training and mentorship, with flexible, mostly afternoon/evening, part-time shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus)
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred
- Experience and passion for helping children and families
