Job Summary
Manage the Wing/Ops Group Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Program in compliance with AFGSC directives, serving as the primary liaison with AFGSC and designated alternates. Oversee maintenance, upgrades, patching, and restoration functions for Exclusive Use Stand-Alone computers, including administrative passcode access for mobile device management, Foreflight, and local administrator roles. Coordinate electronic and flight information publications across digital platforms, manage BlackBerry Unified Endpoint Management software for user accounts and device compliance, and handle commercial internet connectivity issues with ISPs. Maintain equipment inventory, track hardware refreshes, and generate required audit and sustainment reports. Requires US citizenship, active Secret clearance, and experience with iOS, MacOS, and Microsoft Teams.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen
- Active Secret Clearance
- Working knowledge of iOS and MacOS
- Minimum of two (2) years of Microsoft suite experience
- Ability to manage SharePoint and Microsoft Teams applications
- Knowledge and understanding of national, DoD, and U.S. Air Force statutory and regulatory policies, directives, and procedures relating to logistics and operations activities
- Ability to gather, assemble, and analyze facts, draw conclusions, conduct analysis, devise recommended solutions, and package the entire process in briefings, papers, or reports suitable for executive use and decision-making
- Skill in oral communications
- Skill in written communications
- Experience navigating Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router (NIPR) and Secret Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) type IT systems
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently with limited supervision
- Ability to develop and maintain interpersonal relationships
- Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) experience
