Job Summary
Manage the Wing/Ops Group Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Program by serving as the primary manager and liaison with AFGSC, ensuring accurate appointment letters and up-to-date documentation. Oversee maintenance, upgrades, patching, and restoration functions for Exclusive Use Stand-Alone computers, including administrative passcode access for mobile device management and Foreflight administration. Coordinate flight publication updates across digital platforms, manage device enrollment, and maintain inventory of EFB equipment and hardware refreshes. Serve as the system administrator for BlackBerry Unified Endpoint Management Software, tracking lost devices and ensuring unit compliance through audits. Generate required reports, address technical concerns to leadership, and monitor software updates to develop mitigation plans for obsolescence. Maintain situational awareness via Microsoft Teams and SharePoint while engaging in future capability discussions as required.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen
- Active Secret Clearance
- Working knowledge of iOS and MacOS
- Minimum of two (2) years of Microsoft suite experience
- Ability to manage SharePoint and Microsoft Teams applications
- Knowledge and understanding of national, DoD, and U.S. Air Force statutory and regulatory policies, directives, and procedures relating to logistics and operations activities
- Ability to gather, assemble, and analyze facts, draw conclusions, conduct analysis, devise recommended solutions, and package the entire process in briefings, papers, or reports suitable for executive use and decision-making
- Skill in oral communications to inform leadership of program changes, make presentations to management of a complex nature, and lead and serve effectively on process teams
- Skill in written communications to allow effective articulation of assigned tasks and publication of new and updated products
- Experience navigating Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router (NIPR) and Secret Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) type IT systems
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently with limited supervision while developing and maintaining interpersonal relationships
- Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) experience
Desired Qualifications
- Two (2) years of IT experience/device management
