Job Summary
Manage the Wing/Ops Group Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Program in compliance with AFGSC directives, serving as the primary manager and liaison with AFGSC leadership. Oversee maintenance, upgrades, patching, and restoration functions while administering mobile device management consoles and Foreflight accounts. Coordinate flight information publications across digital platforms, manage commercial internet services and ISP connectivity, and maintain inventory for hardware refreshes and sustainment equipment. Generate required audit and sustainment reports, conduct device audits, and escalate technical requirements to leadership. Requires US citizenship, active Secret clearance, and experience with iOS, MacOS, and Microsoft Teams.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen
- Active Secret Clearance
- Working knowledge of iOS and MacOS
- Minimum of two (2) years of Microsoft suite experience and ability to manage SharePoint and Microsoft Teams applications
- Knowledge and understanding of national, DoD, and U.S. Air Force statutory and regulatory policies, directives, and procedures relating to logistics and operations activities
- Ability to gather, assemble, and analyze facts, draw conclusions, conduct analysis, devise recommended solutions, and package the entire process in briefings, papers, or reports suitable for executive use and decision-making
- Skill in oral communications to inform leadership of program changes, make presentations to management of a complex nature, and lead and serve effectively on process teams
- Skill in written communications to allow effective articulation of assigned tasks and publication of new and updated products
- Experience navigating Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router (NIPR) and Secret Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) type IT systems
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently with limited supervision while developing and maintaining interpersonal relationships
- Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) experience

- Two (2) years of IT experience/device management
