Job Summary
Chair two board meetings annually and attend the AGM, driving decision-making and governance processes including signing off accounts. Contribute to strategic oversight for the commercial trading arm of the Live Borders charitable trust, covering cafes, cinema, and retail operations. Ideally, bring experience in hospitality or finance/accountancy alongside strong business acumen, legal knowledge of charity and company law, and the ability to balance diplomacy with constructive challenge.
