Job Summary
Guidewire Integration Developer – Senior Associate at PwC Acceleration Centers, responsible for analyzing client requirements, reviewing estimates and updates, completing design and development, guiding the team on tasks, performing design and code reviews, and supporting testing and client queries. The role requires hands-on integration experience with Guidewire products (ClaimCenter/PolicyCenter/BillingCenter), Gosu scripting/UI/Data Model expertise, web services, XML, databases (Oracle/SQL Server), and familiarity with SCM tools (Git, TFS, SVN) and servers/containers (Tomcat/JBoss/Websphere). Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure), Agile SCRUM/SAFe, and Insurance domain knowledge are also important. The position emphasizes mentoring, problem solving, building client relationships, and contributing to a variety of Acceleration Center services across locations in India (Bangalore and Kolkata). Must have at least two Guidewire implementations and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience
- Hands-on experience in at least one Guidewire product (ClaimCenter/PolicyCenter/BillingCenter)
- Strong knowledge in Guidewire platform (Gosu scripting / UI / Data Model)
- Experience with Webservices, XML and ant script
- Experience on Oracle / SQL Server
- GIT/TFS/SVN
- Tomcat/JBoss/Websphere
- AWS or Azure
- Agile SCRUM or SAFe
- Insurance domain knowledge
- Good communication
