Job Summary
Assess and monitor patients' health status, administer medications per physician orders, and provide bedside care including post-operative support. Maintain accurate patient records, communicate with doctors, and educate patients on care plans and preventive measures. Handle medical emergencies such as CPR and first-aid administration while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and supervising junior staff. Work in high-pressure environments like ICUs, emergency rooms, or operation theaters. Office time is based on shift rotation with overtime and shift allowances available.
Required Qualifications
- A B.Sc. Nursing degree, ANM, GNM or equivalent from a recognized university or institution
- Registration with the State Nursing Council or Indian Nursing Council (INC)
- Relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in clinical procedures
- Compassion, patience, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and midwifery
- Community healthcare skills
- Ability to handle emergencies efficiently
- Time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy (for patient data management)
