Job Summary
BSA/AML Modeling Analyst responsible for data quality remediation, ETL pipeline development in Python and SQL, data governance documentation, and Actimize UAT support. Executes model monitoring (CRR, TM, EDD, Sanctions), builds Power BI dashboards for real-time visibility, and coordinates offshore delivery. Key responsibilities include owning data infrastructure, delivering model-ready datasets, supporting OCC/MRM examinations, and enabling GenAI/automation initiatives. Requires hands-on data engineering/analytics experience, proficiency in Python/SQL, and ability to script tests, coordinate offshore resources, and maintain compliance artifacts.
Required Qualifications
- High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent demonstrated experience will be considered
- Minimum 2 years substantive, hands-on data engineering or analytics experience with applicable skills, ideally in a regulated financial services environment
