Job Summary
Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and offshore development teams; gather, analyze, and manage business and system requirements throughout the project lifecycle; support project management tasks including planning, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery; prepare and maintain BRDs, FSDs, workflows, and use cases; collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and implemented; align client expectations with delivery teams and resolve issues proactively; work onsite in Sendai, Japan.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in BrSE, Project Management, or similar roles
- JLPT N2 or higher in Japanese
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Vietnamese for offshore collaboration
- Experience working onsite in Japan or with Japanese enterprise clients
- Solid understanding of SDLC and object-oriented programming
- Hands-on experience in preparing BRDs, FSDs, workflows, and use cases
