Job Summary
Hands-on sales role driving Brown-Forman’s brand visibility and sales through on- and off-premise activations, brand training, and events. Coordinate with local distributor brokers to execute promotions, events, and target-account programs, manage roughly 50 accounts, ensure brand positioning across on-premise, off-premise, and non-traditional venues, and drive consumer engagement. Collaborate with field sales and distributors to deliver national brand platforms in the market, schedule events, report on activation effectiveness, manage budgets and ROI, and build long-term relationships with hospitality professionals. Requires ability to travel for promotions and events, excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency with digital tools (e.g., iPad), and an outgoing, team-oriented demeanor. Must understand Brown-Forman brands, consumer demographics, and the three-tiered selling system; able to work non-traditional hours including holidays, nights, and weekends.
