Job Summary
Brown-Forman Specialist (On & Off) drives sales volume and brand visibility for Brown-Forman brands by activating national platforms in local bars, restaurants, and retail. Responsibilities include target account management, brand and category training, executing on- and off-premise promotions and activations, coordinating with distributors and sales reps, scheduling events at target accounts, and providing timely feedback on activation effectiveness. Requires relationship-building with hospitality professionals, understanding brand priorities, managing budgets and ROI, and ensuring compliant brand messaging across market activities.
Required Qualifications
- College Degree preferred
- Must have a clean driving record
- 2-3 years industry experience and a passion for the spirits industry; extensive premium whiskey category knowledge a definite plus
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work non-traditional work hours (holidays, nights, weekends)
- Ability to lift 20+ pounds
