Brow Expert (Beauty Consultant)

Demonstrate the use of brand's makeup products and services while perfectly identifying customer skin conditions to recommend the right products. Build and maintain relationships with customers, store managers, and cast members by engaging them in productive discussions to address skin concerns. Host workshops or parties for customer engagement and arrange appointments for return services. Perform only approved services to Benefit quality standards, maintain counter cleanliness, and ensure shelves are fully stocked. Adhere to hygiene standards, wear the uniform with full makeup applied, and communicate maintenance issues to management.
