Job Summary
Conduct waxing, tinting, and tweezing services while consistently achieving individual retail sales goals. Collaborate with team members to support in-store, external, and charity events that drive product engagement and boost revenue. Diligently complete daily and weekly worksheets to track performance and assist counter manager administration. Maintain a clean, hygienic counter and displays to uphold brand standards and create an appealing shopping environment.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, Bank holidays and holiday periods
- A minimum of 2-4 years of prior customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
- Passion for make-up and Retail with a focus on achieving sales targets
- The brand behind Benetint, The POREfessional, BADgal BANG!, and probably at least one eyebrow product in your bag
