Job Summary
Deliver waxing, tinting, and tweezing services while consistently achieving individual retail sales goals and demonstrating products to exceed targets. Collaborate with team members to support in-store, external, and charity events that drive sales and engage customers. Diligently complete daily and weekly worksheets to track performance and assist with counter administration, while maintaining a clean, hygienic counter and displays to uphold brand standards. Requires flexible availability including weekends, late nights, and holidays, with a minimum of 2-4 years of customer service experience. Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, Bank holidays and holiday periods
- A minimum of 2-4 years of prior customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
