Job Summary
Achieve individual retail sales targets by demonstrating products and building strong customer connections. Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to drive service revenue and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to meet counter and business needs while actively supporting in-store, external, and charity events. Diligently complete daily and weekly worksheets to track sales performance and assist with counter manager administration. Maintain a clean, hygienic counter and displays to uphold brand standards and encourage sales. Requires flexible availability including weekends, late nights, and holidays, with a minimum of two to four years in retail customer service. Full training provided with a competitive commission scheme.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, Bank holidays and holiday periods
- A minimum of 2-4 years of prior customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
- Passion for make-up and Retail with a focus on achieving sales targets
- The brand behind Benetint, The POREfessional, BADgal BANG!, and probably at least one eyebrow product in your bag
