Job Summary
Meet and greet all staff, visitors, and contractors in a professional, personable manner while ensuring the reception, lobby, and office areas maintain a high visual standard. Deliver a consistently high-end, customer-focused experience that embodies a high-performance approach, working closely with client contacts like Facilities Managers to ensure the environment is welcoming. Respond appropriately to varying priorities and assist in emergency situations, representing both Securitas and the client organization with integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness. Provide timely, accurate information and build strong rapport with recurring customers in a fast-paced corporate environment.

- Exceptional professional customer service skills
- Computer literate
- Highest quality personal appearance
- Flexible, professional and adept at working under pressure
- Outstanding written, verbal and oral communication skills
- Customer oriented with a passion for high-level service
- Working knowledge of administrative computer packages such as MS Office, GSuite, etc.

- Punctual and trustworthy
- Able to use initiative and highly adaptable
- Experienced in Customer Service, Front of House, Concierge, Hosting or Customer facing role ideally within a corporate environment
