Job Summary
Assisted Living Facility Coordinator to lead daily operations of the Longmont home, overseeing resident services, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, medication administration, and facility operations while advocating for residents’ needs and promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life. Responsibilities include coordinating services to support health, safety, and well-being; communicating with residents, families, medical providers, and team members; conducting assessments; supervising and training staff; ensuring regulatory compliance; maintaining a safe, welcoming living environment; providing direct resident support as needed; and fostering a culture of respect, compassion, and accountability. Required Qualifications
