Construction Technician responsible for performing a variety of construction, carpentry, and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial settings under the Maintenance Foreman; role involves remodeling, repairing, operating company vehicle/equipment, professional interaction with the public, and ensuring compliance with company standards while delivering quality service in a Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm schedule.
Required Qualifications
