Brook Park - Team Lead/Shift Manager

Oversee daily store operations, inspire team members to meet goals, and jump in for tasks like running cash registers, organizing merchandise, or monitoring performance metrics. This role supports Goodwill's mission to empower individuals through pre-employment training, job placement services, family strengthening initiatives, and community outreach programs while diverting millions of pounds of materials from landfills.
