Job Summary
Bronzed Baddie role at Palm Beach Tan in Ozark, AL: sell and promote tanning services with a commission-driven mindset. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals (daily/weekly/monthly), consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring company and legal requirements are met, maintaining a clean and organized salon, cash handling, opening/closing the business, and handling daily administrative paperwork with goal tracking. Requires standing for long periods (7+ hours), ability to lift 25 pounds, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, strong verbal/written communication skills, retail/customer service experience, reliable transportation, and is able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Required Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
