Job Summary
Outgoing, energetic sales role in a tanning-salon environment focused on achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets through customer-oriented consultations, education on tanning guidelines, and maintaining salon standards. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, educating customers on product and service offerings, handling cash, opening/closing the business, daily administrative paperwork, and accurate goal tracking, while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, organized work space.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
