Job Summary
Sales-focused tanning salon role requiring energetic, outgoing representation of the brand. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, consulting with customers, educating on the Golden Rules of Tanning, maintaining a clean salon, cash handling, opening/closing procedures, daily administrative paperwork, and daily goal tracking. Must convey exceptional customer service, be able to stand for long periods, lift 25 pounds, and maintain flexible availability including nights and weekends. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7+ hours per day)
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
