Job Summary
Sales associate responsible for meeting sales goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, and educating customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring all company and legal requirements are met. Maintain a clean, organized salon; perform cash handling, opening/closing duties, and handle daily administrative paperwork with goal tracking. Requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift 25 pounds; flexible availability including nights and weekends. Training and development are provided; commission-driven environment with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
