Job Summary
Bronzed Baddie is a customer-focused sales role in a tanning salon environment. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals daily/weekly/monthly, consulting with customers in a professional and upbeat manner, educating clients on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring company and legal requirements are met, keeping the salon clean and organized, handling cash, opening/closing the business, and completing daily administrative paperwork with goal tracking. The ideal candidate is highly motivated to achieve sales goals, thrives in a commission-driven environment, and possesses strong communication skills, reliability, and flexible availability (including nights and weekends). Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- Cash handling
- Opening/closing business
- Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
