Job Summary
Outgoing, energetic sales people to accurately represent the brand, provide exceptional customer service, and drive commissions in a tanning-salon environment. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals daily/weekly/monthly, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on tanning rules and compliance with company and legal requirements, maintaining a clean and organized salon, cash handling, opening/closing, and handling daily administrative paperwork with goal tracking. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, strong communication, retail/customer service experience, ability to stand/bend/walk 7+ hours/day, ability to lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
