Job Summary
Outgoing, energetic sales-focused role in a tanning salon. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals daily/weekly/monthly, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements, maintaining a clean and organized salon, cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and daily administrative paperwork with goal tracking. Requires ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 pounds; flexible availability including nights and weekends. High school diploma or equivalent required; 18+ years old; prior retail/customer service experience preferred. Required Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
