Job Summary
As a Brokerage Project Specialist, you'll be responsible for overseeing transactions, maintaining databases to track prospects, creating proposals and presentations, and processing lease documentation. The ideal candidate has at least 2+ years of professional sales or administrative experience and is skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential for this role.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of sales or administrative experience in a professional environment
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in administrative or sales support roles
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign)
- Experience in commercial real estate is an asset
