Job Summary

Provide consultative, sales and technical support to one or more Financial Advisors, working closely with Financial Advisors to meet client needs and source prospective clients. Offer leadership to the Financial Advisor team, contributing to strategic planning and execution of the team’s value proposition. Conduct client needs analyses to determine suitable investment products and services, support client relationships, help prepare and deliver client presentations, and assist in growing revenue through external networking and internal referrals. Ensure adherence to professional and ethical standards set by Truist, FINRA, and regulators.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Banking, or equivalent education and related experience
  • 4 years professional experience, including 1 year of experience in the securities industry
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66
  • Applicable state health and life insurance licenses, jurisdictional registrations must match that of the advisor(s) supported
  • Organized and self-motivated with strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
