Job Summary
Develop and manage a freight book of business by prospecting shippers, quoting rates, negotiating terms, and covering loads from tender to delivery. Maintain clean, accurate records for every shipment and interaction while driving sales and revenue for Easley Transportation. Provide structured feedback to the product team, pilot new features on the DIVCO platform, and contribute to training materials. Requires prior freight brokerage, 3PL, or carrier sales experience, working knowledge of truckload pricing and lane dynamics, and familiarity with TMS systems.
Required Qualifications
- Prior freight brokerage, 3PL, or carrier sales experience preferred
- Working knowledge of truckload pricing, lane dynamics, and day-to-day load coverage
- Familiarity with a TMS (McLeod, Aljex, Revenova, Turvo, or similar)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to give clear, written product feedback
